About Us
The K & L Group (TKLG) is a Georgia-based, for-profit development company led by Larisa Davis and Kyra Harris. We respond to housing and economic injustice by building real estate ecosystems where lives—not just buildings—can thrive.Rooted in mission, TKLG develops, owns, and operates properties and ventures that create opportunity for communities historically excluded from ownership and access. We work alongside our nonprofit partner, NextChapter Foundation, to deliver services and programs on site.
As an additional value tklg also offers management services for the properties it purchases as well as managing additional value brands such as hr, coaching, on/offboarding, data analytics, etc.
